Every piece of fruit is freshly cut only when you order. We avoid the use of liqueurs and syrups religiously. We source only for the best and freshest ingredients available.

We do all these because we just want to make you the freshest and most refreshing drink possible. When you try our drinks, you will know why that is important. You will appreciate the time we take to craft each drink. You will know why we make the effort to ensure that very element is perfectly balanced to create one of the smoothest drinks that you will ever taste. Beware though, because there is a full shot of alcohol in the drink, so take your time to enjoy it.

If you prefer a more traditional drink, our Japanese mixologists have all been schooled in the fine art of bartending. Or you may prefer to try our extensive arsenal of whiskies. You may also want to throw caution to the wind and get the mixologists to create something extra special for you.
